Matthew Toll

Matthew Toll has practiced law in the city of Philadelphia since 2009 focusing on representing individuals and families that have been injured as a result of the negligence of others.   Matthew is a life-long resident of Philadelphia, graduating from Central High School in the Olney section of Philadelphia and then went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University.  Matthew received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law where as a student he assisted disabled veterans in obtaining medical benefits they were previously denied.

Matthew has successfully litigated cases against numerous insurance companies helping his clients obtain millions of dollars in settlements and awards.

Recent Result

$1.35 million recovered on behalf of a client injured in a motor vehicle accident who suffered a traumatic brain injury.
